We do events

Our base rate is $250/hour (minimum 2 hours of service is required) + delivery fee ($50-300 depending on the location).

Each hour includes unlimited drinks with all of the extras from our menu (above)  and barista on site. We can serve up to 60 drinks per hour.

We can accommodate events of all sizes, from small gatherings of up to 50 people to large events with thousands of guests:

• Classic yellow Banana Café Bike – Ideal for outdoor and indoor events. We have 1 unit available.

Absolutely! We can provide a variety of baked goods, along with more complex options like sandwiches—whatever you need.

• Custom menu items tailored to your event (menu prints available with advance notice).
• Personalized cups featuring your logo (sleeves or stickers).
• Full or partial custom vinyl wrap for the Coffee Bike—a truly unique experience.

• 0-12 hours prior to the event: Full invoice amount due.
• 12-72 hours prior to the event: 50% of the invoice due.
• 72+ hours notice: Free cancellation with a full deposit return!
